Chiropractic marketing courses

I am interested in taking some chiropractic marketing courses but I can’t find anything. The only courses I found until now are online and I don’t really trust online courses. My friends say that I am old fashioned but in my opinion reading by yourself is not even close to how it is when you have a professor. Not only this but also, I am not sure that the diploma I would get from these online courses is recognized in my country or in others.
